SafeSplash Swim School Opens New Location in San Leandro, Expanding Access to Water Safety Education Across the East Bay
Swim School Brings Learn-to-Swim Programs and Water Safety Instruction to the San Leandro Community
SAN LEANDRO, CA (June 12, 2026) — SafeSplash Swim School, the nation's only learn-to-swim provider to hold the National Drowning Prevention Alliance (NDPA) Platinum Seal of Approval, today announces the opening of its newest location in San Leandro, California on June 18. Located at 304 Bayfair Dr., the school is owned and operated by Ujjal Baruah and serves families throughout the East Bay, including surrounding communities in Hayward, Castro Valley, and San Lorenzo.
The San Leandro location joins SafeSplash's network of schools across the Bay Area, which includes existing locations in Santa Clara, Fremont, Milpitas, Hayward, and Campbell. The expansion reflects growing demand for structured, safety-first swim education in the region.
