Will, a Lexington local, swam for the Waterford Waverunners and Wildcat Aquatics before beginning his coaching career at age 15. A University of Louisville graduate with a background in finance and business leadership, he officially partnered with Amy in 2024 to expand their shared vision of high-quality, outcome-driven swim instruction across Kentucky.
