Four Established Swim Schools in DFW Join the SafeSplash Family
Dallas-Fort Worth, TX (August 20, 2025) – SafeSplash Swim School, leading provider of swim instruction and water safety education, is expanding its presence in North Texas with the rebranding of four AquaKids Swim School locations. The existing AquaKids locations in Keller, McKinney, Northlake, and Prosper are now operating under the SafeSplash Swim School name, signaling the brand’s continued investment in the DFW market. This transition marks more than a name change; it’s a renewed commitment to helping every kid become safer, stronger, and more confident in the water.
Known nationally for its expert-led curriculum, progress-based instruction, and strong focus on safety, SafeSplash Swim School is part of Streamline Brands, the country’s largest network of swim schools. The rebranding of these four locations brings new resources, improved operational consistency, and enhanced customer experience tools to thousands of families in the DFW area, while preserving the trusted instructors, proven curriculum, and continued focus on water safety, confidence, and skill development that local families value.

As demand for structured swim education continues to rise in Texas and nationwide, SafeSplash is setting a new standard for water safety instruction. Earlier this year, the brand launched its S.A.F.E.R. Swimmer Promise, a program that ensures any child age four and up enrolled in Beginner 2–4 group classes at participating schools will master key self-rescue and water safety skills within one year of consistent attendance, or receive up to two additional months of free lessons if more time is needed to pass the safety test. The program focuses on teaching 10 essential swimming and self-rescue skills, like floating, rolling to breathe, and swimming effectively to safety. To date, over 2,500 children have successfully completed the program, gaining vital, life-saving confidence in and around water.

To celebrate the rebrand, each participating location is hosting a fun and engaging “Back to Pool” event in the DFW community on Saturday, September 6. Families are invited to meet the team, tour the facility, enjoy activities, and learn more about what’s ahead under the SafeSplash name.

- SafeSplash Swim School - Keller: 3:00–5:00 PM | Activities include open swim, backyard games, pie the instructor, mermaid hair/tattoo station, giant bubbles/bubble machines, and a raffle.
- SafeSplash Swim School - McKinney: 3:30–5:30 PM | Activities include open swim and games.
- SafeSplash Swim School - Northlake: 3:30–5:30 PM | Activities include face painting, food trucks, backyard games, open swim, karaoke, and a swim lesson raffle.
- SafeSplash Swim School - Prosper: 3:00–5:00 PM | Activities include open swim, free trial cards, games with branded prizes, a School of Rock Performance, local Chick-fil-A, face painting, and a bounce house.
